BlueLight consults on various stages of development planning including property acquisition, design, site preparation, and construction. Our experience preparing space designs and presentation quality renderings provide substantial value to property owners, community stakeholders, and public entities. We can also provide purchasing assistance, vendor management, and project development services.
Public Institutions and Monuments
BlueLight provides charitable organizations with comprehensive project development services, fundraising assistance, and strategic planning. Our 501(c)3 designation allows us to act as a fiscal sponsor, grant writer, and charitable partner. BlueLight provides direct technical and grant assistance to municipal governing and planning groups for the purpose of improving public infrastructure, monuments, and displays that serve disadvantaged communities throughout the Capital Region of New York.
Green Space and Landscapes
BlueLight provides green space design services for vacant lots, office spaces, gardens, and courtyards. BlueLight offers property management services for vacant lots and programming assistance in the form of direct grant support. BlueLight can also coordinate partnerships and team development to launch, redirect, or complete existing project ideas with a charitable purpose. For intensive gardens, BlueLight also assists with landscape, ecosystem, and animal presence.
BlueLight focuses exclusively on projects with charitable purposes. Charitable is used in its generally accepted legal sense and includes relief of the poor, the distressed, or the underprivileged; erecting or maintaining public buildings, monuments, or works; and combating community deterioration and juvenile delinquency.
