BlueLight Development Group, Inc was formed August 12, 2016 in response to the observable lack of professional development services available to community organizations for public projects in New York State's Capital Region. Mr. Travon T. Jackson established the initial board of directors and now serves as President and Managing Director.

Services provided to clients include: project development, space design, financial analysis, strategic planning, technical assistance and pro bono.

BlueLight has managed or developed 500,000+ square feet of public mixed-use space including green spaces, community centers, sports complexes, and cultural museums since inception.

Capital investment overseen totals $9MM+ deployed in Albany, Schenectady and Troy, New York.
