HELPING YOUR COMPANY GROW

Our industry-specific insight and network of contacts gives us a thorough knowledge of the issues and trends that affect you.

Forming A Vision

2306 Lenox was vacant at the time of design with unfinished flooring, limited fixtures and appliances, and cosmetic challenges. The space was approached as a limited-renovation with strategic design concerns and the goals of establishing a cohesive space that maximized cash flow potential for investors.

Creating Value

BlueLight selected necessary finishes, fixtures, and appliances to make the space sale-ready. Vendors were identified and presented in hyperlinked lists for cost estimates. Selected improvements were priced within proforma estimates to maximum returns on capital.

Presenting Solutions

BlueLight presented a detailed design prospectus with product lists and a defined scope of work. The prospectus was presentation ready, allowing improved strategy communication to investors.
